Yay, it's Friday! I will have friends in town this weekend to celebrate my birthday so I pushed it extra hard during the week so I can spend more time with them. My friends do not think starting Saturday morning with a six mile run is a good time but maybe I will sneak out while they are sleeping ;)
Since I knew I would be taking it easy over the weekend I went for a full body workout. Give a try and let me know what you think! I was dripping sweat when I was done! I warmed up with 30 minutes of cardio. Do each exercise for a minute. Use 5-10# dumbells. Repeat 2-3 times. Don't forget to stretch when you're done!
1) Ski jumps
2) Lunge with chest press
3) Mountain climbers
4) Single leg deadlift dumbell row
5) Froggers
6) Wood chops
7) Burpee to shoulder press
8) Squat jumps
9) Plank
10) Jumping jacks
